5 days to destress and treat yourself

  • Destress and treat yourself to some self-care before you leave for vacation. 

  • Learn about your body and how to do + adapt yoga poses to you!

  • Explore different aspects of yoga to find what kind of yoga you need.

  • Do some fun activities like learning how to cook Asian-fusion dishes, meditate in the forest, and laughing yoga 😊

  • Detox your body with delicious smoothies for breakfast.

  • The retreat is open to your other half, families, and friends.

  • Come for one day, two days… or up to five days! Limited spaces with respect to strict sanitary rules.

  • With the warmer weather, we get to safely practice outdoors or indoors with windows and doors open for ventilation.

  • Minimum 3 people / day

Example of a typical day (9h - 17h30 / 18h)

  • 9h00 - 10h00 : BREAKFAST

  • 10h00 - 10h45 : Opening / Dharma talk / Guided meditation

  • 10h45 - 11h15 : Tutorial to find your pose alignment

  • 11h15 - 12h15 : Slow vinyasa

  • 12h15 - 12h30 : Reflection + Sharing circle

  • 12h30 - 14h30 : Cooking class + LUNCH + rest

  • 14h30 - 16h15 : Mantra chanting + Yin for Spine Health

  • 16h15 - 16h30 : Reflection + Sharing circle

  • 16h30 - 17h30 : HEALTHY SNACK

● 5 days: 450 euros

● From 1 to 4 days : 100 euros / day

 

Prices include :

- Full-day retreat.

- Yummy homemade detox smoothies for breakfast.

- Full lunch.

- Healthy snacks.

- Fresh fruit/vegetable-infused water is available throughout the day.

- All yoga classes and activities at Siew Yue Yoga Studio, garden, forest, and surrounding areas.
